To book us for your event, please note that our minimum pricing starts at **$425 per hour**. This base rate does not necessarily reflect your final cost—each event is unique, and all quotes are customized based on your specific details. Pricing varies for every event and is based on several factors, including distance, time of day (daytime vs. evening), weekday versus weekend scheduling, travel conditions such as rush hour traffic, potential delays due to construction, and the total number of guests attending.

**Choosing the right amount of time is important:**
Booking more time than necessary for a smaller group will increase your cost without added benefit. As a general guideline:
* Events with **350 guests or fewer** typically require **1 hour**
* Events with **350–700 guests** typically require **2 hours**

**Event service policy:**
We do not carry cash on the ice cream truck, and we are not able to charge each individual separately. The host is responsible for ice cream payment at the very end of the event for everyone.

Customers also have the option to purchase ice cream for pickup instead of booking on-site service, which may be preferred for those who do not require the truck at their event or who prefer to avoid travel/service/setup fee.
